كيف تؤثر الإباحية على الأذواق الجنسية؟

يجد كثبر من مستهلكي المواد الإباحية أنفسهم أنهم يُثارون من الأشياء التي اعتادوا أن تشعرهم بالاشمئزاز أو الأشياء التي ربما اعتبروها سابقًا غير لائقة أو غير أخلاقية. مع زيادة استهلاكهم و مشاهدتهم لأفعال جنسية أكثر حدة وخطورة، فإنهم يبدأون تدريجياً في الشعور بأن هذه السلوكيات شائعة ومقبولة.

لعلك تعلم أن الفئران لا تحب رائحة الموت. لكن باحثًا يدعى جيم فاوست تساءل عما إذا كان يمكن تغيير هذه الغريزة ، لذلك قام برش إناث الفئران بسائل تفوح منه رائحة الفئران الميتة المتعفنة. عندما وضعهم في أقفاص مع فئران ذكور عذراء ، حدث شيء غريب. كان الدافع للتزاوج قوياً لدرجة أنه تغلب على غريزة تجنب الرائحة ، فبدأت الفئران بالتزاوج. في الواقع ، هذا ليس غريباً. الجزء الغريب هو ما حدث بعد ذلك. بمجرد أن تعلمت الفئران الذكور ربط الجنس برائحة الموت ، وضعها فاوست في أقفاص بأشياء مختلفة للعب بها. فضلت ذكور الفئران اللعب بالشيء الذي تفوح منه رائحة الموت ، كما لو كانت غارقة في حب هذا الشئ! [1]

هذا مقرف جدًا ، أليس كذلك؟ ربما تتساءل كيف يمكن تدريب الفئران على مواجهة مثل هذه الغريزة الطبيعية القوية. حسنًا ، إليك الطريقة:

لدى الفئران والبشر وجميع الثدييات شيء في دماغهم يسمى "مركز المكافأة" [2]. يتمثل جزء من وظيفة مركز المكافآت في تعزيز الحياة الصحية من خلال مكافأتك عندما تفعل شيئًا يبقيك على قيد الحياة (مثل الأكل) أو يخلق حياة جديدة (مثل الجنس) ، أو يثري حياتك (على سبيل المثال ، بناء علاقات اجتماعية مرضية) [3]. الطريقة التي تكافئك بها هي ضخ مزيج من "المواد الكيميائية الممتعة" في عقلك.

هذه المواد الكيميائية لا تجعلك تشعر بالراحة فقط. بينما تستمتع بهذا الشعور الجيد ، يقوم عقلك أيضًا ببناء مسارات عصبية جديدة لربط المتعة التي تشعر بها بالنشاط الذي تقوم به [5]. إنها طريقة الدماغ للتأكد من أن ما تفعله، ستعود إليه مرة أخرى. يحدث الارتباط بين السلوك و "المكافأة" تلقائيًا ، حتى لو لم تكن تقصد ذلك ، لأن "الخلايا العصبية التي تنطلق معًا ، تترابط معًا".

يعتبر مركز المكافآت شئ رائع و هبة عظيمة، حتى لو لم يعمل بشكل جيد بالنسبة لتلك الفئران المسكينة. عادة ما تجذبنا أدمغتنا إلى السلوكيات الصحية وتشجعنا على تكوين عادات تدعم حياتنا للأفضل [7]. ولكن عندما ترتبط تلك المكافآت الكيميائية بشيء ضار ، يكون لها تأثير معاكس.

نفس العملية التي شوهت ما تحبه تلك الفئران - ربط المتعة التي شعروا بها أثناء ممارسة الجنس برائحة الموت - يتم تحفيزها في أدمغة البشر بواسطة الإباحية. قد يعتقد مستهلكو المواد الإباحية أنهم يستمتعون بدون أي أضرار، لكن أدمغتهم مشغولة في العمل لبناء روابط بين مشاعرهم من الإثارة وما يحدث أمامهم على الشاشة [8]. ونظرًا لأن مستهلكي المواد الإباحية عادة ما يصيبهم الملل من المواد الإباحية التي شاهدوها ويتعين عليهم الانتقال باستمرار إلى أنواع أكثر تطرفًا من المواد الإباحية للوصول للإثارة [9]، لذلك يتغير نوع الإباحية المستهلكة بمرور الوقت [10].

في دراسة استقصائية شملت 1500 شاب بالغ ، قال 56٪ إن أذواقهم في المواد الإباحية أصبحت "متطرفة أو منحرفة بشكل متزايد" [11]. تمامًا مثل الفئران ، يجد العديد من مستهلكي المواد الإباحية أنفسهم في نهاية المطاف يشعرون بالإثارة من الأشياء التي كانت تثير اشمئزازهم أو الأشياء التي ربما اعتبروها سابقًا غير لائقة أو غير أخلاقية [12]. في كثير من الحالات ، يجد مستهلكي المواد الإباحية أن أذواقهم قد تغيرت لدرجة أنهم لم يعد بإمكانهم الاستجابة جنسيًا لشركائهم الحقيقيين ، على الرغم من أنه لا يزال بإمكانهم الاستجابة للإباحية [13].

بمجرد أن يبدأ المستهلكون في مشاهدة أفعال جنسية متطرفة وخطيرة ، فإن الأشياء التي اعتقدوا أنها مثيرة للاشمئزاز أو مهينة يمكن أن تبدو لهم طبيعية ومقبولة وأكثر شيوعًا مما هي عليه بالفعل [14]. وجدت إحدى الدراسات أن الأشخاص الذين تعرضوا لكميات كبيرة من المواد الإباحية يعتقدون أن أشياء مثل ممارسة الجنس مع الحيوانات والجنس العنيف كانت أكثر شيوعًا بمرتين مما يعتقده أولئك الذين لم يتعرضوا للإباحية [15]. وعندما يعتقد الناس أن سلوكًا ما طبيعي ، فمن المرجح أن يجربوه [16].

وجدت الأبحاث أيضًا أن مشاهدة المواد الإباحية تؤثر على المواقف والمعتقدات تجاه الجنس والمرأة والعلاقات [17]. من المرجح أن يعبر مستهلكو المواد الإباحية عن مواقف الداعمة للعنف ضد المرأة [18]، وقد أظهرت الدراسات وجود علاقة قوية بين استهلاك الرجال للمواد الإباحية واحتمالية إيذاء النساء [19]. 

استنتجت دراسة بحثية عام 2015 بعد تحليل 22 دراسة مختلفة من 7 دول مختلفة إلى أنه "لا شك في أنه ، في المتوسط ، الأفراد الذين يستهلكون المواد الإباحية بشكل متكرر هم أكثر عرضة لاتخاذ مواقف [تدعم] العدوان الجنسي و الانخراط في أعمال اعتداء جنسي فعلية " [20]. 

الخلاصة

من الواضح أنه ليس كل من ينظر إلى الإباحية سيتحول إلى مغتصب ، لكن الحقيقة هي أنه حتى الاستهلاك الغير منتظم للمواد الإباحية لديه القدرة على تغيير الأفكار والمواقف.[21] عندما يحدث ذلك، التغيير في السلوكيات لن يكون بعيداً! لكن نشر الحقيقة حول الآثار الضارة للإباحية يساعد في الحد من تأثيرها. يمكن أن تفسد الإباحية أعمق غرائزنا الأساسية ، ولكن في أعماقنا وعلى نفس المستوى الغريزي ، نحن نعرف ونريد ما هو صحي. نتوق إلى السعادة والحب. وكل قرار فردي بالتركيز على الحب الحقيقي والعلاقات الحقيقية يعيدنا نحو الحياة الطبيعية القوية التي نسعى إليها جميعاً وتريد عيشها.

وأخيراً

إذا كنت ، أو تعرف شخصًا ما ، مسجون داخل سجن الإباحية ، فلم يفت الأوان بعد! من الممكن الإقلاع عن الإباحية واستبدالها بالعادات الصحية. يمكن أن يبدأ الدماغ في التعافي ، ويمكن لمستهلكي الإباحية استعادة القدرة على الشعور والاستمتاع بحياتهم مرة أخرى. والآلاف نجحوا بالفعل في العالم وعلى مستوى الوطن العربي مثل مؤسسة واعي التي تقدم الدعم والإرشاد مع برامج متعددة للعلاج وندوات ومسابقات ومحاضرات متعددة للشباب والفتيات والآباء في بيئة مناسبة. جزاهم الله خيراً كثيرا.
