Sociolinguistics is one of fields of study that are related to the language. It concerns about the study of the relations between language and society, language variations and accents, and how language can be influenced by culture, people think, and behaviour.

    Sociolinguistics offers chapters in politics and how we use politics in order to persuade people to our particular points of view using a language. Also such field of study is studying how language is used in media and advertising process. 

  There are also some considerable topics in sociolinguistics such as gender, age, and ethnicity those related to language. Also it is a very important field of study that may be used in Applied linguistics researches  as supporting field of study.
